Job title: Group Leader – Independent Assurance of Support Products
Location: Warton/Samlesbury – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements
Salary: £52,084 – £57,344
What you’ll be doing:
As the group leader, you will be responsible for:
· Liaising with customers (internal and external) to agree delivery timescales
· Allocation of tasking to suitably qualified and experienced individuals within the team and will have people responsibilities (PDR, career development plans, aspirations etc.)
· Liaising with the Executive population (local department and product integrity discipline) to ensure availability of suitably qualified and experienced individuals within the team
Your skills and experiences:
· Requirements Engineering, Configuration and Data Management
· Qualification and Certification
· Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering and/or Security Engineering
· A strong STEM qualification or conversant experience in Safety/Independent Safety Assurance (ISA) is desirable
· Understand support and training, ideally having worked in that environment is desirable

The Support Independent Safety Assurance (ISA) team:
The Support ISA team are responsible for providing overall assurance to the Technical Product Authority on the safety of non-airborne products, along with support solutions being offered to all customers
The ideal candidate will demonstrate good communications skills and attention to detail and have the chance to work on a wide range of products. This is an exciting role that will provide an opportunity to help shape and influence the wider team as the level of responsibilities grow
