BAE Systems do offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however it is expected on our Graduate Programme you will be required to attend your site 3-4 days per week. Please note, this may be subject to change in line with the needs of the business. The hybrid working arrangements including which days you are required to work on site/remotely will be outlined by your line manager.

Salary     £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

What you will be doing

As a graduate ILS Engineer you will develop an understanding of Initial Provisioning and its application with Maritime Services. You will assist in the creation and subsequent delivery of contractual deliverables i.e. Spares and S&TE Reports. You will work alongside experienced Engineers in NATO Codification activities through screening, e-task submissions and progress recording & reporting. 
 
You will develop a breadth of knowledge and experience in Supply Support outputs, with focus on the production of Initial Provisioning Lists (IPLs) through Inventory Optimisation and NATO codification of Spares and Support & Test Equipment (S&TE); analysing maintenance, technical documentation and relevant ILS outputs in order to contribute to providing a cost-effective support solution for Type 26.

We also provide the opportunity to get involved in projects outside of your primary remit. We encourage you to seek a stretch project in which you’ll gain different experiences. Skills
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
