What you will be doing
EIT Infrastructure and Cloud function within Enterprise IT Services (EITS) is part of our Shared Services business and is a fast-paced growing team that works closely with all parts of our business as well as suppliers, governments, industry bodies and regulators to ensure our all IT services are supported by a stable & secure technical infrastructure. Providing Operational supplier assurance, service compliance and financial performance management.
Our team also provides dedicated Engineering Services to the business either indirect or direct to contract, catering specifically to the unique needs of Engineering Teams, enabling them to achieve optimal productivity and deliver high-quality Products
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with the team managing the Enterprise IT Services covering Networks, End User Compute, and Collaboration, and Hosting services.
- Support the maintenance and compliance of Enterprise wide IT Services to meet security and business requirements and controls.
- Embedded in the Service Change team to manage and deliver change to IT Services to meet the required outcomes.
- Work with the Cloud team to manage, assure and develop the services to meet the required Business outcomes and strategy.
- Work as part of the Infrastructure engineering team to support direct and indirect delivery of services to the business, building and managing IT systems and services.
- Support the team in the exploitation of collaboration tools, including but not limited to Teams and SharePoint.
Skills
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or Computer Science degree.
