What you will be doing?
Across HR we are evolving how we work to enable us to grow and realise our future potential. This includes a series of improvements we’re making to our HR processes, systems and support, putting our people at the centre of this change. As part of these roles you will have the opportunity to be involved in the change programme, supporting how we manage and deliver the change across the Organisation and Talent Development CoE into the broader Enterprise, as well as the opportunity to be involved in a range of HR specialist activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Transformation and Integration
• Co-ordinate the modernisation of our policies, processes and guidance across Organisation and Talent Development, working across multiple geographies and stakeholders.
• Support the development and delivery of change plans and collateral to successful deliver changes into the business, focusing on HR Business Partner, People Manager, employee engagement and adoption.
• Support programmes of work focusing on modernisation of our learning and development offerings.
• Facilitate Talent and Organisation Business Reviews.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across various levels of the enterprise, ensuring progress and key updates are communicated as necessary.
Talent and Leadership Development
• Supporting the design and planning for development centres across UK and International.
• Co-ordinate the roll out of training programmes across the Enterprise aiming to equip and upskill our People Managers.
• Collaborate with external suppliers to evolve our development portfolio.
• Supporting the development of effective employee guidance and materials to enable the modernisation of Talent practices, identifying suitable solutions to guide our People Managers and employees through these changes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across various levels of the enterprise, ensuring progress and key updates are communicated as necessary.
Skills
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any subject.
