Job Title: FCAS Project Control Lead

Salary: £54,793 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for providing an end-to-end Project Control within FCAS. Ensuring the health of the project is understood and communicated to all key stakeholders to allow effective delivery of the contract
- Liaising with and influencing stakeholders across the Air Sector as well as external supply chain, and national and international partners
- Leading your team, following the key principles of project control to ensure appropriate adherence to governance and assurance
- Working with the project control Manager, promoting innovative and creative thinking, solving problems and influencing the maturing project control ways of working of the future within FCAS
Your skills and experiences:
- APM qualification or relevant experience
- Previous Project Management experience, specifically project control discipline
- Previous team leadership would be advantageous
- Keen attention to detail

The Project Control team:
This is an excellent time to join BAE Systems as a Project control Lead within our Shared Service supporting the Future Combat Air Systems programme. You will be joining a large team where you will have support opportunity for development and training within the business.
This is a collaborative cross functional role with some great network opportunities.
