Job Title: Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator

Location: Sheffield – Onsite

Salary: £41,308+ (DOE)

What you’ll be doing:

• Working within SAP on a day to day basis, responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance tasks for of a wide range of production equipment
• Scheduling and assigning tasks to internal maintenance engineers (planned and reactive)
• Arranging and managing out-sourced contractors and service providers to undertake maintenance and/or legal compliance activities
• Providing administrative support across the SHE & Facilities Department, including contractor and training record management
• Working closely with our Facilities Management provider to ensure FM services are delivered as per the contracted agreement

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• System knowledge of SAP or similar (e.g. Maximo) CMMS (computerised maintenance management system)
• Good understanding of how a Facilities/Maintenance team operates and supports manufacturing operations with asset management principles
• Awareness of current legislative equipment requirements – PUWER, ATEX, LOLER etc

Desirable:

• Direct experience in maintenance engineering, working in a manufacturing environment
