Job Title: Engineering Team Leader

Salary: £52,500
What you’ll be doing:
· Leading and growing a team of engineers
· Supporting the creation of engineering and project plans
· Successful project execution and delivery against schedules
· Tracking progress and reporting
· Adherence to project and business processes and governance
· Helping to build strong and enduring customer relationships
· Facilitating innovation and improvement ideas
· Managing and balancing risk with change initiatives
Your skills and experiences:
Essential skills:
· Experience in engineering delivering IT and information systems projects, ideally for the MoD
· Track record of working through an engineering lifecycle and governance
· Facilitating the breakdown of tasks and estimation activities
· Developing an effective organisation structure and associated performance management
· Execution of a plan, meeting customer milestones and achieving shared success
· Understanding of security architectures, IT systems and systems integration and accreditation processes
Desirable skills:
· Knowledge of Military IT Systems and Networks
· Safety, security background
