Job title: Engineer – Systems Engineering (Requirements)

What you’ll be doing:
· Developing an understanding of our customers’ challenging needs and developing, validating and managing requirements designs and qualification/acceptance activities as part of a team
· Learning and supporting the integration of systems containing electronic, mechanical and software sub-systems and understanding the potential impact on the whole boat and interfacing systems
· Verifying that customer needs are satisfied through planned qualification and test activities
· Supporting and learning how we steer new systems development through implementation of best practice systems lifecycle processes
· Working (as part of a team) with customers to support delivered systems and resolve issues
Your skills and experiences:
· Degree level qualification (or equivalent experience) in relevant STEM subject (Engineering/ Physics/ Math’s/ Science)
· Understanding or an appreciation of elements of the system engineering lifecycle and ability to apply good systems engineering practices to your work
