Job Title: Enablers Capability Delivery Manager
Location: Warton – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £57,000+ depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Accountable for the budget, performance and delivery of the implementing new engineering capabilities defined through the Digital Engineering Strategy
- Develops and owns the Engineering Capability Delivery project plan, utilising hybrid Project Management methods
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives and manage dependencies
- Oversee project execution, monitoring progress and proactively addressing any issues to ensure milestones are achieved to time and budget
- Implement effective risk management to mitigate project risks or escalate issues where required
- Works with the Business Change team to integrate training needs analysis, define and deliver communications & engagement plan
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experienced professional with extensive knowledge of Project Management (tools, techniques, practices)
- Knowledge of capability delivery across People, Processes, Tools, Infrastructure and Data
- Able to pro-actively identify and resolve project-related problems that do not have routine solutions
- Understanding of implementing business change, including influencing hearts and minds
- University Degree or relevant Project Management experience within complex international environment
Desirable:
- Agile Programme Experience

The Digital Engineering team:
You will be working with the Digital Engineering team and across our functional areas to translate strategy into new capabilities following a user centric approach, delivering new ways of working across national and international environments. You will be responsible for a team who will each manage the delivery of components of thisstrategy..
