Job Title: Employee Relations Case Manager

Salary: £70,000 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Help set up a new Case Management team – integrating current employees and establishing a service in a new area of the business
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the ER Case Management Service for the Sector, driving its transformation and strategic development across the UK
- Ensure efficient service delivery by working closely with the Sector ER Director and Business ER Partners to meet sector-specific needs
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to review and improve the Case Management Service
- Contribute to the UK Case Management community by sharing best practices, refining policies, and providing data-driven insights while supporting geographic integration
- Support the training of both line managers and ER/HR teams
- Lead a team of six direct reports, offering guidance and support to ensure high performance
Your skills and experiences:
- Solid HR background with expertise in ER and Case Management, including managing complex cases and mitigating risks
- In-depth knowledge of Case Management policies, processes, and their contribution to business value
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation in HR and line management and our Trade Union Colleagues
- Skilled in interpreting Case Management data to provide actionable insights for HR teams and business improvement
- Excellent stakeholder management, with experience collaborating across business lines to align HR inputs with ER strategy and objectives
- CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential

This exciting role sits within the Head Office HR Employee Relations function, reporting directly to the ER Director for the 3 business areas, offering a fantastic opportunity to work in a global organisation. As an Employee Relations Case Manager for Digital Intelligence, Head Office & Shared Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering ER strategies across diverse sectors. The role demands exceptional influencing skills, as you will engage with stakeholders at all levels, including Business Leaders, HR professionals, and Trade Unions. You will be a professional communicator, driving positive relationships and ensuring effective case management within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
