Job Description

Job Title: Digital Requirements Lead

Location: Frimley or Preston. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £55,400 + depending on experience

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Establishing strategic digital requirements process for the Supply Chain function
  • Creating the performance narrative for dashboard delivery, assessing performance against chosen target metrics to support leadership insight and decision making, based on actual performance
  • Building and maintaining external and internal networks to leverage leading practice and to remain at the forefront of knowledge in respect of supply chain data analytics
  • Product delivery lead of the Global KPI dashboard driving implementation across the function incl. automation of metrics and facilitate leadership adoption
  • Working cross-functionally to look for opportunities for cross-functional KPI Alignment to support short- and medium-term roadmap
  • Facilitating the sharing and adoption of good practice through cross-business/function collaboration. Working with wider regional representatives to collaborate on appropriate adoption of common ways of working
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with their expectations and our solutions delivered
  • Supporting the function with key business dashboards and continuous improvement 

Your skills and experiences:

  • Some knowledge of Supply Chain Processes and best practice internally and externally
  • Proven established background in data analytics and requirements development
  • Proficient in Dashboard Tools such as Tableau, Excel, Power BI
  • Understanding of change management techniques and agile methodology

The Supply Chain Functional Excellence/Digital Data team:

This is a newly created role, where you will play a critical role in the delivery of the group supply chain digital data strategy.

This role will drive visibility and collaboration across the global organisation, and you will be able to play your part in driving the digital transformation adoption across the supply chain function. You will have a growth mindset and be able to handle complexity and change comfortably.
