Job Description
Job Title: Data & Analytics Skills Development Trainer
Location: Any BAE site considered. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: Circa £ 40,000 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting needs analyses and capturing training requirements from various stakeholders, including participation in development projects following this
- Delivering training both face to face and online as required
- Producing videos using industry standard software such as Premier Pro
- Generating Scorm files using Captivate, Articulate or Gomo
- Managing an area of our online platform by adding content and possibly customising it using HTML, CSS and Javescript
- Ensuring structured training documentation is produced and governance implemented accordingly
- Conducting training interviews with apprentices and graduates prior to their placement rotations and following all administration processes relating to this
- Reviewing existing training materials, identifying gaps and recommending and supplements
- Assisting with Signavio processes and Jira scope definitions
- Managing and organising monthly Challenge events for communities within the company
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Able to use and learn how to use a variety of data and analytics software packages such as Tableau and Alteryx and to develop materials to enable other members of staff to use them as well.
- Demonstrable practices in learning content design, development and delivery, proficient in the use of software packages relevant to this
- Excellent administration and record keeping skills which can be used to track usage, progress and achievement in line with organisational objectives.
- Proficiency in a variety of software packages used in the creation of learning content

- Training background, either online or face to face
