Job Description
Job Title: Curriculum Designer – Platforms
Location: Any UK BAE Systems site, with ability to travel to Preston regularly. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £42,000 to £44,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the consistent design and development of curricula across the Global Digital Academy
- Liaising with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create impactful digital skills training curriculums
- Utilising digital learning technology to enhance teaching, learning, and resources
- Acting as the subject matter expert for, and co-ordinating, the Global Digital Academy’s learning platforms
- Further implementation and updates to the Global Digital Academy Digital Skills Catalogue
- Managing stakeholder initiatives to increase usage of core learning platforms
- Scanning for emerging technologies and recommending new software, hardware, and platforms
Your skills and experiences:
- Digitally enabled
- Knowledge and understanding of corporate Learning & Development
- Experience in curriculum development with online platforms, eLearning or similar
- Awareness of foundational digital skills
