Job Title: Continuous Improvement Lead

Salary: From £45,628 depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborating with other SSNA Systems leads, including those in Business Analysis, Testing, Programme Management, Agile Scrum, PMO, Business Change, Engagement, Training, and Communications, to implement Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives
• Utilising forward-thinking strategies to create and maintain a Continuous Improvement (CI) Roadmap, outlining quick wins, mid-term objectives, and long-term goals
• Collaborating with various groups, including IM&T and key programmes like BCCR and Dreadnought, to gather valuable insights and key findings
• Enhancing business transformation, training programs, and stakeholder engagement / management
• Creating and maintaining a change initiative roadmap

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with a proven track record
• Recognised Project Management qualification such as the APM or qualified through
• equivalent experience
• Excellent Stakeholder Management experience with the ability to guide and influence

Desirable:

• An understanding of Technology
• Strong PMO (Project Management Office) experience

The SSNA Systems team:

Join our dynamic SSNA Systems Team and take on a varied role managing an impressive portfolio of IT projects, including cutting-edge IT tools. You’ll gain wide exposure across the business, supporting the SSNA Programme and BCCR by delivering essential capabilities for all major functions. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and influence a large portfolio of projects. As part of the Leadership team, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, driving innovation and shaping the future of our initiatives. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
