Job Title: Business Analyst – Process Excellence

Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience and skills

What you’ll be doing: 

• Assist on delivery of larger scale process improvement projects, and lead on smaller scale opportunities to drive efficiency and improved stakeholder satisfaction
• Support the Lead Process Improvement Analyst in identifying project stakeholders and define project scope
• Support workshops with stakeholders at all levels for requirements and business process capture and documentation
• Input into project schedules to enable consistent tracking and reporting
• Utilise Business Process Modelling and Notation skills and toolsets, applying Lean methodologies to support implementation of process improvements
• Ensure structured documentation and governance of process improvements
• Support the Lead Process Improvement Analyst with identification of potential risks and issues, and input into development of plans to mitigate and manage through to resolution
• Manage and administer the SAP Signavio platform on behalf of the Process Excellence team, ensuring data quality, utilisation, and accessibility requirements

Your skills and experiences: 

Essential:

• Experience of BPMN (Business Process Modelling and Notation)
• Demonstrable experience of analysing and documenting business processes
• Minimum intermediate Microsoft Excel user, practical experience using SAP Signavio, or other BPMN toolset

Desirable

• Good experience of delivering business analysis support to smaller scale project activity
• Experience working in an operational role with familiarity with existing processes and systems
• Builds relationships with peers and stakeholders, spanning multiple, cross-functional teams

The Process Excellence team: 

As a Process Excellence Business Analyst, you will be supporting delivery of process improvement projects to optimise operational effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction as well as documenting business requirements for small to medium scale process improvements.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to lead on small scale projects, helping to streamline processes, with opportunities for development and support in gaining relevant qualifications.
