What you will be doing

The Advanced Business Administrator Apprenticeship is a two-year scheme and will offer you the opportunity to gain real experience working in the lines of service which support all of our business. Through a combination of ‘off-the-job’ training, reviews and ‘on the job’ work placements, you will gain exposure to real challenges that support our business.

You will have the opportunity to learn how to:

• Deliver your responsibilities efficiently and with integrity

• To demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Time management
• Problem-solving
• Develop your organisational skills
• Project management skills

You will spend time in work placements across our lines of service for the duration of your apprenticeship, which can include:

• People Services 
• Enterprise Information Technology  
• Employee and Business Support

The Business Administrator Standard is delivered through a mixture of face to face and online delivery sessions with the face to face delivery held at the Academy for Skills and Knowledge in Samlesbury.

By the end of the apprenticeship you will obtain: Level 3 Business Administrator standard
