What you will be doing BAE Systems Land UK design and manufacture a wide range of munitions products. It is essential that our products are high quality and totally conform to the customer’s requirements. As a Trials Technician Apprentice, you will be involved/trained to operate various data capture equipment used in the Test and Evaluation Industry. This role is wide-ranging and has both practical and theoretical elements. You will spend time with experienced personnel in all key departments to gain the required knowledge of all aspects of Test and Evaluation techniques. We will help you develop into a Trials Technician that delivers safe, capable processes for optimised Test and Evaluation disciplines to specified standards, initially under supervision of competent personnel, then as a stand-alone Trials Technician under a continuous monitoring programme. 4 National 5s Grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths, English, Science or Technical plus three Highers at Grade C or above in English, Maths and Science or Technical (or equivalent) excluding Application of Maths. |
