End User Computing Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

Accountabilities:

·       To implement the LAN operations 

·       To manage business solutions on enterprise platform operations, to test, build and configure servers’ hardware and software, and maintain servers’ performance so that there

·       To manage enterprise application operations processes

·       To implement duty engineer standard check process. Such as building desktops and laptops with images to the standards required by the customer and within the limits of current technology.

·       To manage storage and back up operations. Such as implementing back-up jobs and media; clustering, and data mirroring in order for IT Operations to operate effectively  

·       To manage end user computing operations.

·       Set up and configure IT operations within the site and support team activities and availability within the site, so that team members work in the most optimum way.

·       Manage calls and tasks on the system and ensure compliance with SLAs, and to organize and support the team to track project deliverables; to ensure successful results

·       To co-operate with other teams as required identifying and reporting defects, finding incident fixes and validating enhancement requests, to the satisfaction of the customer and all team members.

Job Requirements:

•         Education: University or degree equivalent. Holding certificates on IT latest technologies from leading companies (Microsoft, HP, Oracle, VMware, COBIT, ITIL)

•         Experience:2+ years of mixed experience on IT Operations
