Job Title: IT Programme Manager

Salary: Circa £70,000
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead a large IT programme team, including six direct reports, to deliver complex change across projects and portfolios
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers across Business Units and internationally
- Demonstrate extensive experience in technical, business, and digital delivery management
- Plan and implement transformation-level change in an agile, fast-paced, multi-business and supplier environment
- Communicate effectively, influence others, and gain agreement for ideas and proposals
- Cultivate effective relationships with senior management and directors to ensure alignment and stakeholder support
- Take ownership of delivering ambitious goals and hold others accountable for results
- Drive continuous improvement in performance across the team and organisation
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Extensive knowledge of IT Project and Programme Management, including tools, techniques, and practices, with a solid understanding of related functions such as Infrastructure, Commercial, and Finance
- Proven ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges within a wider business context
- Technical expertise in delivering IT programmes effectively
- Recognised as an experienced and skilled Project Management practitioner
Desirable:
- University-level education or equivalent professional qualifications gained through industry experience
- Professional Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP)
