Job Title Graduate Air Systems Engineer Location Brough (Hull) Start Date 7th July 2025 BAE Systems do offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however it is expected on our Graduate Programme you will be required to attend your site 3-4 days per week. Please note, this may be subject to change in line with the needs of the business. The hybrid working arrangements including which days you are required to work on site/remotely will be outlined by your line manager. What you will be doing We have opportunities in Flight, Mission and General Systems disciplines. As a Graduate Engineer you will be able to bring your skills and knowledge into one of these domains, specialising or integrating across products and tools. You will have opportunities to work on different stages of a product lifecycle, you will take the lead in systems integration and testing, qualification and acceptance. As well as the technical aspects of projects, you will also learn to consider important factors such as schedules, costs, training, through life support whilst always considering safety and environmental concerns. Under technical supervision, you will provide Systems Engineering services to Product & Training projects, bids and improvement initiatives as directed by the Systems Engineering Discipline Lead. Qualification requirements |
As a minimum requirement you will need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2:2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aerospace related degree or any STEM subject. |
