Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Preston or Frimley. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £40,000 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting HR Transformation projects and the HR Modernisation journey by implementing strategic changes, enhancing HR processes, supporting all shared services employees to ensure successful adoption and engagement
- Providing operational advice on a wide range of people issues, including employee relations and organisational matters
- Assisting HR Business Partners in delivering tailored people solutions that align with business goals, driving operational excellence by ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, efficient HR services
- Support business leaders with strategic HR guidance by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and synergy across shared services through enterprise-wide knowledge-sharing initiatives and driving impactful decisions and initiatives
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Broad generalist HR experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience of collaborating with senior business leaders, providing strategic input and advice
- Proficient in HR data analysis, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights
- Expertise in assessing change impact and implementing change effectively across the organisation
Desirable:
- Experience in supporting or leading transformational projects
- A degree in Human Resources / associate membership of the CIPD or working towards would be advantageous
